ピクルス作りたまい。
レシピ
　　酢 1カップ
　　砂糖 50g
　　塩 大さじ1
　　水 1/2カップ
　　ローリエ 2～3枚
　　鷹の爪 2～3本
　　粒コショウ　２０粒
酢４：水２：砂糖１の割合。
以上を一煮立ちさせてさます。
キュウリ、人参、タマネギ、キャベツ、セロリを熱湯消毒した瓶で漬ける。
一カ月くらいで出来る。簡単。時間がかかるだけ。
